Returns
You have 17 calendar days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a return; your received order needs to be in the same condition as when you received it. Your order must be in its original packaging or crate. Your purchase order needs to have a paid receipt from pet bird breeders or proof of purchase.
If your item is eligible for free shipping, the Pet Birds Breeders Store has covered the cost of shipping the item to you. Shipping-charges will be deducted from your refund. You will need 21 business days for a full refund.
Once a deposit has been made on a bird, that bird is no longer for sale. Therefore all bird deposits are non-refundable. In this case, If you are unable to take delivery of a particular bird, then you can use your deposit as store credit.
Live Bird Shipping
Pet birds breeders will only ship when the temperature is between 30 degrees F and 85 degrees F at the send and pick-up location.All birds are guaranteed to arrive healthily. In the event of a health issue upon arrival, you must notify the amazing bird breeder within 6 hours of arrival to receive a refund or have them replaced.
