By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are legally permitted to own exotic birds in your area.

  • You understand the long-term commitment involved in caring for a parrot or exotic bird.

  • You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations concerning bird ownership, transportation, and importation.


2. Bird Health Commitment

The health and welfare of our birds are our highest priorities.

Before shipment, every bird receives a comprehensive health assessment conducted by a qualified avian veterinarian. When applicable, health records and supporting documentation will accompany the bird.

We guarantee that all birds are healthy and suitable for transport at the time they leave our facility.

Once delivery has been completed, the buyer assumes responsibility for providing:

  • Proper nutrition

  • Appropriate housing

  • Clean water

  • Veterinary care when needed

  • A safe and healthy environment


3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international delivery options where legally permitted.

Important shipping information:

  • Delivery schedules vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and local regulations.

  • Birds are transported through approved live-animal shipping services.

  • Tracking details and shipment updates will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the bird upon arrival.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.


4. Returns and Customer Satisfaction

Due to the unique nature of live animal sales, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and only under specific circumstances.

4.1 Return Requests

A return request may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 30 business days after delivery.

  • The bird delivered does not match the confirmed order.

  • A serious medical condition is verified by a licensed avian veterinarian shortly after arrival and is determined not to be related to transportation stress or post-delivery care.

4.2 Return Requirements

For a return to be approved:

  • The bird must remain in good overall condition.

  • Veterinary documentation may be required.

  • The customer must follow all return instructions provided by our team.

If approved, a replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be offered depending on the circumstances.

4.3 Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted when issues arise from:

  • Improper handling

  • Neglect

  • Inadequate housing

  • Failure to follow recommended care guidelines

  • Injuries occurring after delivery


5. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of their orders.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer:

  • The bird may be placed with a licensed rescue, sanctuary, or approved rehoming organization.

  • Refunds will not be available for refused or abandoned shipments.

  • Additional transportation, boarding, or administrative costs may become the responsibility of the customer.


6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Be available during the scheduled delivery period.

  • Prepare suitable accommodations before the bird arrives.

  • Follow recommended feeding and care practices.

  • Comply with all applicable import, export, and wildlife regulations.

Failure to meet these obligations may affect eligibility for guarantees or support services.


7. Limitation of Responsibility

Pet Bird Breeders cannot be held responsible for:

  • Health problems resulting from improper care after delivery.

  • Injuries or accidents occurring once the bird is in the customer’s possession.

  • Delays caused by airlines, couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

  • Restrictions imposed by local authorities regarding bird ownership or importation.


8. Regulatory Compliance

All birds are bred, housed, and transported in accordance with applicable animal welfare standards.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that ownership and importation of their chosen bird are permitted in their country, state, province, or municipality before placing an order.


9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any modifications will become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after updates have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
